Haaaaaaatc Choooh

Haaaaaaatc Choooh…..
Aku terjaga.memang terjaga
Terbangun dari perbaringan dan terlihat pelbagai kengerian sebelum ini.
Ya Allah…
ARGH!!!

Aku terpana.
Memang.
Terpana.
Sakitkah aku?
Kau atau aku yang sakit?
Mereka sakit?
Jadi sakit atas kesakitan dunia?
Mimpi?
Tidur?
Nyata atau benar?
Tipu?

Khayalan?
Itukah halusinansi?
Atau permainan jin dan manusia?
Permainan dunia kah?
Permainan dunia takkan selesai
Tetapi hanya Allah Taala Yang Maha mempermainkan akhirat
Apa kau fikir Allah bermain-main dengan akhirat?

Ambillah semua
Tinggalkan yang sebenarnya harus kita tinggalkan
dan simpankan hati mu elok-elok
Tapi
Hanya Allah Azzawajalla tak kan tinggalkan kita…

Postion Paper 5

Counselor are the key to the success of the 1 Malaysia concept... Discuss..

By : Raja Nur Ashraf Bt. Raja Ariff

Rakyat didahulukan, prestasi diutamakan. Is the word that we always hear. But, are we really understand the above frasa? I am not going to discuss about that, but here I just want to share my opinion about my next position paper.

Counsellors are the key to the success of one Malaysia concept. From my own understanding about 1 Malaysia concept is that, our government want all of us as the citizen of Malaysia live in harmonies, peace and calm in our beloved country. As we know, Malaysia consists of many race and religion. Can the different in the aspect that I state above, make us comfortable and live in harmonies? Those things are obvious being discuss in one Malaysia concept.

In my opinion, I am totally agreed that counsellor is the key to make sure that one Malaysia concept is successful. Counsellor should able to be a good informer and good agent to convey and give information about anything. Counsellor should always prepare to everything and must have a wider knowledge. Counsellor also should be ‘bridge’ between government and society. If there is question or something that people did not understand ,not clear or not satisfied they may ask counsellor to make a clarify or explanation of it. That why being a counselor, you have to being knowledgeable.

Counsellor should spread the information of one Malaysia concept to the student, school, admin and also the comity and the neighbour. Counsellor should explain and elaborate the concept of one Malaysia. Counsellor should tell them, why one Malaysia concept have being introduce and the important to understand and of practical the concept of one Malaysia.

This concept of one Malaysia is also help counsellor to deal with client in multicultural issue. If all of us really understand about the concept of unite and being together . If all of us unite as one team without take the different as the barrier, the racial issue can be completed eliminate. We should bear in our mind that the most important thing is all of us should comfortable and proud of our own religion and race but in the same time we must respect the differences of the other racial. If we practice those thing, than we can be good citizen and of course the concept of one Malaysia is succsess.

::POSITION PAPER 5:: HAZWANI BINTI ABD HAMID (0720496)::

“Counselors are the key to the success at the 1 Malaysia Concepts”

The statements about the counselors are the key to the success at the 1 Malaysia concepts is an interesting topic we can discuss which is I agree with that because according to our culture and community here, we live with variety of races. For instance, Malay, Indian, and Chinese which are the major races in Malaysia even though we have several more ethnics that exist in this country. Since now, we live in peace and harmony and this year we have already celebrate our independence day for 52 years. This shows us along 52 years we live together without any crisis. So related to the counselors, as counselors, they have been exposed about multicultural counseling and how to handle it if the students had problems. So about this concept, I think, this is a not big problem in promoting this to people especially schools students, higher education students and others on accepting this concept.

For our information, “Satu Malaysia, Rakyat Didahulukan, Pencapaian Diutamakan” concept was introduced by our Prime Minister of Malaysia, Dato’ Seri Mohd. Najib bin Tun Abd. Razak since he was take that post on 3 April 2009. In this concept has promoted the Malaysian to be more patriotism and must be obeying to the country rules. Besides that, it also promos all people to get unite among each other and Malaysian people must assume that Malaysia is our own and all people in this country are Malaysian.

So as Malaysian counselors, we must alert about it and try to think how this concept can be acceptance by the students. Actually, the counselor also learnt about multicultural counseling, so it is a time to apply it in order to ensure the students understand this concept. For instance the counselors can collaborate with school which has different cultural to have some program that can unite these multicultural students for example “sports day”, “canteen open day”, and others. Actually it is an opportunity to them to cooperation to each other in running theses program and indirectly can make a close relationship among the students where at the same time it is including in this 1 Malaysia concept vision.

Besides that, respect the different cultural is very relevant and important, especially in this multicultural country. In discipline knowledge, respected to another cultural is important as example in multicultural counseling is very particular about respecting and understanding in different element and cultural. Besides that, as counselor must understand the uniqueness in client cultural. Failing to understand can make the counseling not functioning well and the counselor also cannot feel empathy in client itself. For instance, during the counseling session, the counselor must accept any client even different races such as Chinese or Indian student with unconditioning positive regard and try to understand them in solving such problems besides using the appropriate skills. Actually when we understand them, it makes them comfortable with us and discrimination between different races cannot be happen.
Last but not least, everyone must play their role in order to realize this 1 Malaysia concept especially counselor who has a big influence to students in school. Furthermore, in make a realization on 1 Malaysia, it is important for every community as example in education context, the students have to respect the identity and uniqueness without sacrifice their special tradition and cultural.

POSITION PAPER 5 - Siti Fatimah Nor Bt Saad Isman (0729206)

Our beloved Prime Minister had introduced the 1 Malaysia concepts as to make the Malaysian become tougher in facing the challenges in the globalization, including in the field of social, economy and also politic. This concept is suitable with the Malaysia that consists of multi races and cultures. The purpose of this concept is to strengthen the relationship and cooperation between citizens which consist of multi races to become a prior weapon to face any challenges that can disturb the relationship between races. According to our Prime Minister, YAB Dato’ Sri Mohd Najib Tun Abdul Razak, the 1 Malaysia concepts means, “We stand, we think and act as Malaysian. One people. And we take the actions based on the needs of all the ethnic groups in our country.” This statement means that all the citizens and the leader must play their own roles to accomplish 1 Malaysia concepts. This includes the counselors which also must play their role to make the 1 Malaysian concepts success.

As the counselors, their must do their best in their job according what is need in making the 1 Malaysia concepts accomplish. The duty to make all the races become unite can be done from the school stage which the counselor should gather all the races together in every program that been held. By doing this, they can learn to respect and have the trustworthy towards each others. The counselors must put this kind of value in every student which they will adopt and practice until they grown up. By using the counselor’s knowledge and skills, there is possibility to make all the races become unite and the concept of 1 Malaysia become successful. I strongly agree and believe that counselors are the key to the success of the 1 Malaysia concepts because counselors have specific skills in dealing with people and also they have the ability to influence other. The counselors may use their power together with the other party to involve in facing the challenges and strengthen the relationship between races according to 1 Malaysia concepts.

The specific skills that counselors have are very useful in handling people’s feeling and emotion which it can change one’s perception or thinking. Counselors may use their skills to make people realize the important of the concepts by themselves. Counselors can handle a program that is suitable for all races and it can give benefit to all that involve. The program should make the participants have the self-awareness in themselves which they can give full cooperation with each other without having any barriers between races and cultures. The other party also such as teacher, parents and society should involve together in helping the counselors to make 1 Malaysia concepts become true.

The ability that counselor have is not just to assist and guide the people which have a problem only but they also can influence people to have the different view and perception. In every counseling session, counselors can give some information about the concepts and let the client absorb the information and spread to other. The counselor can easily convince the client because the counselors already build the good rapport with the client. Counselors are already being trained with the skill in dealing with multicultural people. So, it is easy for the counselors to face the client which comes from different races, culture and background. This might be a good beginning for counselors in contribute to the 1 Malaysia concepts.

In conclusion, it is believe that counselor is one of the key to make the 1 Malaysia concepts successful and meet the objectives. It can be done if all the people play their roles and not only just sit down and doing nothing. They must be together as people that have same feeling and thinking who stand and act as Malaysian. All people are the same where they share together their belief and thinking. As for counselors, they must take the new steps and try to look for further ways in making the 1 Malaysia concepts successful.
