Violence among the students in the school is among the topic which is likely to be argued politically. Violence has different understanding for different people. As the counselor, we should stop it before it becomes worst. However, there is impossible to stop it but we can decrease it to the lower level. It is important to make all students feel free to talk about the subject that they are not satisfied about. By given equal opportunity to all students without cares on which races they are belong to, the students will feel free to talk and express their dissatisfaction and opinion. The teachers also should not be bias towards the students no matter which group they are belong to. As the school that consists of multicultural students, all students should be informed about the differences between one race and another. The students should explain their culture towards his peers and others regarding on what do’s and don’ts based on their culture. it is important to avoid misunderstanding and create the positive environment in the school if all students have mutual understanding among them. Sometimes, the person doesn’t expect what are they saying might hurt others because in their culture, it is common. It’s same with the action that we act. Some culture can accept the act which pull the other’s head while others not. In Chinese culture, it’s okay for them to play with the head, but, in Malay culture, it considered as rude and unacceptable.
Other than that, there is important to solve it since it at very young age. Most people agree that at this stage the children are easily can be instill in their mind about the togetherness among the races in Malaysia. These children are tend to behave and treat other races positively without any judgmental.

The current societies tend to be individualistic and never concern about others around them. How come all races can be mixed together if they themselves do not try to know others? So, the point here is we have to ambush the problem from the root. These young generations should be teaching to get to know others which are have different belief with them. It is also parallel with the concept of One Malaysia that have been launched by our Prime Minister which want all races to have strong relationship as prerequisite to strength our country. As the young generation, the students are encourage to have good relationship with others who comes from different tribes.
In order to help it out, all party such as counselor, parents, school, and religion institutions, should play their role effectively so that the objective can be reach. As change agent in the community, the counselor should prove the ability and skills through their willingness and attitude. Usually, the students will look at the attitude of the counselor itself before he decided to change. The willingness of the counselor also can be the reason for the students to disclose themselves to be helped. Other than that, the counselor should be proactive and concern towards all the issues that happen around him.
Other than students, parents also should be consulting by the counselor to clear any misunderstanding which occurs within them. Parents play the major role in influence their children. Sometimes, the beliefs that hold by them are transfer to the children and the children, innocently, have been installed with the concept as the parent is.
