Nowadays, if we look in the market, we can find that there are a lot of references and assessment instruments were based on American culture. So, the question is, how about Muslim culture? Is there is no any resources that can be refer from them? Then, how does the assessment instruments that based on American culture have implement towards Muslim country successfully? The statement above look likes our assessment instruments is more familiar with American culture compared to our Muslim culture. Before that, assessment according to Oxford dictionary is an opinion or a judgment about something that has been thought about very carefully. In the other hand, it also can be defined as a detailed assessment of the risk involved.

The goals of counselor from doing the assessment is that, they are trying to overcome their problems. In other words, from doing assessment they can easily detect their weaknesses or something that related with their counseling problems. Then, they also are trying to gain a butter understanding of themselves and if we look, the assessment instruments is becoming as one of the important tools for them in doing the counseling session with their own client. So that, as a Muslim counselors we should not use standardized assessment instruments at all. Meanings that, as a counselor we can not focusing on American culture assessment only but we can be a creative person by referring something based on Muslim culture and if we refer and doing research towards our counselor types of assessment instruments nowadays, it seems like Muslim counselor are more biasing at all.

Next, the reason of Muslim counselors should not use standardized at all is because of; they can develop their thinking skill by being as a creative and innovative person towards facing their clients problems. At the same time, they can familiarize with many differences resources by coming up with a lot of differences relevant research and the latest findings regarding with their problem handle.

As a conclusion, Muslim counselor should develop an identity in being as a optimistic people and they should coming up with variety types and fresh solution in order to make them being prepared. For example, counselors should know and use the other culture types of assessment at the same time; they also use Muslim culture types of assessment. Even though it seems like something difficult, but if we ponder to think, it seems like this is becoming as a one types of helping for us in facing clients variety types of problems.
